Did you know that the minimum parking charges at the Bangalore airport is Rs. 60 for cars and Rs. 30 for two wheelers?

:-O rip off it is!!!
Ha ha ... I have lost count of the amount I have spent parking in Airport. But one tip to save money, park ur vehicle on the approach road(near the HAL-Bea S/W) if you are entering airport at late night. Its safe, cops dont bother you and its free.

@mitti, isnt that where all the tourist cabs are parked? I thought it was an oficial taxi stand..shucks..
This rule was there since almost a year....
But with Devanhalli Airport coming , commuting will be such a pain that u would prefer paying this and going to Airport rd :)

Very true..and can u believe sometimes once u pay and enter there are actually no parking places available? I faced this two weeks ago at around 12:30 p.m!
@ swetha. True and the dim lighting only makes the place even more dangerous. Add to it the garbage stewn around...wonder what those guys running the airport are doing..
